About this role
The Registered Nurse (RN) for Hope House on Crotona Park (HHCP) is a key member of our residential alternative to incarceration program, providing compassionate, trauma-informed nursing support to the sixteen (16) co-ed residents living within the Hope House residential program – a justice-involved population living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and, in many cases, co-occurring substance use disorders.
The RN is responsible for medication administration, overseeing medication monitoring procedures, completing physical health assessments and assisting in the oversight of medical-related policies and procedures within the residential setting.…
