About this role
Position Overview The Analyst will join the Apollo’s Luxembourg Finance team and, working alongside a senior colleague, will be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of European funds and holding companies spanning the Private Equity and Credit business lines and for their entire lifecycle. The role covers both the unregulated acquisition vehicles and the regulated activities of our AIFM, in particular Central Administration and Portfolio Management Oversight. Primary Responsibilities: Across both the unregulated and regulated remit: Support the creation and launch of new investment vehicles, coordinating across parties on Finance-related operations such as the opening of bank accounts and the funding of the required incorporation capital.…
