Observes, evaluates, coordinates and oversees third party contractors on operating facilities to assure right of way. Assures compliance with established Company standards and specifications, local, state and federal regulations. 2. Manages relationships with land owners and negotiates to obtain land rights from property owners, attorneys or agents including land owned by public bodies. 3.
