About this role
We are looking for a Founding Product Lead to serve as the first operator for a new healthcare venture.
This role sits at the center of product discovery, health system relationships, and early business formation. You will be on the ground inside a major academic health system, building trust with executives and operators, while working closely with Atomic and a technical founding team to identify which problems are worth turning into scalable businesses.
The initial product is a novel hardware detection suite to capture clinical events occurring in critical care locations of the hospital to augment back-office tasks and support patient safety.…
