About this role

Einleitungstext Als Teamlead Produktion Positionierer und Sensoren (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines unserer Produktionsteams und trägst die Verantwortung dafür, dass aus bereitgestellten Komponenten und Baugruppen zuverlässig ein Endprodukt entsteht. Du sorgst für stabile Abläufe, hohe Prozessqualität und eine termingerechte Umsetzung der Fertigungsaufträge. Neben Führungskompetenz braucht es in dieser Rolle ein hohes Maß an technischem Verständnis, Prozessdenken, Entscheidungsstärke und den klaren Anspruch, Verbesserungen nachhaltig voranzutreiben. Bei Problemen im Produktionsablauf gelingt es Dir schnell, zusammen mit dem Team, kundenorientierte Lösungen zu finden und umzusetzen.…
