Job Description: Under the direction of the Director of Construction, the Project Superintendent oversees all on-site operations for commercial construction projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, medical facilities, warehouses, and mixed-use developments. The Superintendent is responsible for supervising all field activities, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
