About this role

8-hr shift Full-time PM shift Weekend availability a must! Pay range: $30 - $35 per hour We have opening for a LVN Intake Coordinator in our Needs Assessment Department. What We Do: Charter Oak Hospital offers compassionate and individualized treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. We believe in a patient-centric approach, where every treatment plan is tailored to meet the specific needs of each person who walks through our doors. What You’ll Do: The Intake Coordinator assists in collecting patient information for possible admits, pre-certs, and filing mandatory reporting; take phone calls into the assessment center and routes calls as necessary; UR Pre-certification with insurance companies; Assist with taking physician orders and other duties as assigned.…
