About this role

The Director of Quality and Risk Management is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of the hospital's Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program, Risk Management Program, Patient Safety Program, and Regulatory Compliance activities. This position promotes a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. In collaboration with hospital leadership, medical staff, nursing, and department directors, the Director identifies opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, reduce organizational risk, enhance patient safety, and support regulatory readiness.…
