REPORTS TO: IT Project Manager SUPERVISES: N/A GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The IT Project Coordinator plays a key role in managing and supporting IT projects by coordinating activities, managing resources, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. They work with the IT Project Manager, teams, vendors, and other departments to align projects with organizational goals, and are also responsible for overseeing the IT Change Request process and managing IT communications and presentations. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to Austal USA IT systems. Adhere to Austal USA’s safety and health rules and regulations.
