About This Position The Building & Grounds Lead plays a key role in keeping City of Austin facilities clean and inviting, and up to quality standards. In this hands-on position, you’ll spend half your day performing custodial duties, and the other half performing Lead duties such as conducting quality inspections, managing inventory, distributing work assignments, and supporting management with special projects.
