About This Position The Project Coordinator will work within a small team to oversee the administration of affordable housing development incentive programs offered by the City of Austin. These programs are established to provide development incentives, such as fee waivers or additional development rights, in exchange for community benefits like affordable housing. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in the production of new, quality affordable housing by interacting with proposed developments throughout the development process. It's an exciting time for our team. The city is expanding the number of affordable housing tools we administer.…
