About This Position The Austin Facilities Management Department is looking for a talented Property Manager to oversee a property, or portfolio of properties, owned and operated by the City of Austin. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of building operations, managing tenant needs, coordinating essential safety and legal inspections, and collaborating with key internal teams on maintenance, capital improvements, space planning, and rent allocation. • Monday- Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. • Hours may vary depending on work demands and business needs. • Evening, weekend and holiday work may be required. • This position is Exempt from overtime.…
