The Telegraph Hotel is a vibrant, high-energy venue in the heart of Hobart, bringing together great food, drinks, entertainment and events under one roof. With a busy kitchen and a team that continues to grow, we’re looking for two experienced Sous Chefs to join our kitchen leadership team. If you’re a passionate chef who loves being on the tools, leading a team and delivering great food in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
