Created by AutoStore, Pio brings advanced cube storage technology to small and mid-sized companies, helping them handle more orders and use space smarter. As we grow across Europe, we’re looking for a hands-on Support Associate to keep our customers up and running. This is a temporary 3-month role with the possibility of extension. You’ll support Pio customers across Europe remotely, troubleshooting software, IT and hardware issues and guiding customers to fast, safe solutions.
