About this role

Ihre Aufgaben In den ersten 1,5 Jahren der Ausbildung lernt man den Servicebereich kennen. Der besteht z.B. aus folgenden Aufgaben: Kundenbetreuung und – beratung Abwicklungen von Terminvereinbarungen Annahme von Werkstattaufträgen Erstellung von Kaufverträgen, Rechnungen, Werkstattaufträgen (Teile und Zubehör) Du bekommst einen Einblick in die Werkstatt und ins Lager und vieles mehr In den letzten 1,5 Jahren der Ausbildung wird z.B. das Wissen im Vertriebscontrolling vertieft. Unter anderem lernst du die Abwicklung von Finanzierungen genauer kennen. In dieser Zeit findet auch ein Abteilungsbesuch in der Buchhaltung, in der Dispo bzw. im Controlling und im Marketing statt.
