About this role

The Auction Lot Operations Associate works closely with the auction team to coordinate vehicles for sale, review work performed, ensure efficient sale line-up and operational flow. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? Checking vehicles being dropped off at auction and ensuring delivery. Completing all initial vehicle stock-in; manually entering or scanning VIN and adding vehicle identifiers (i.e. color, mileage) into the system. Printing and placing appropriate windshield stickers on the vehicle. Providing check-in forms daily to vehicle registration desk. Walking the lot to ensure correct windshield stickers are on each vehicle and vehicles are in their appropriate lane and lot number.…
