About this role

This position provides an excellent opportunity to join the AutoNation Finance Team while gaining broad exposure to AutoNation Operations and the Benefits function. The Senior Financial Benefits Analyst is a creative, self directed professional with strong data and analytical skills who supports end to end financial activities for employee benefits, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans (401(k) and Deferred Compensation), and related compliance and reporting requirements.
