Deine Mission Als Buyer & Customer Success Specialist bist du der Motor unseres Marktplatzes. Du sorgst dafür, dass Angebot und Nachfrage perfekt zusammenfinden. Dein Ziel: Die Verkaufsquote unserer Plattform zu maximieren und Händlern zu echtem Geschäftserfolg zu verhelfen. Deine Aufgaben Käufer-Aktivierung: Betreuung und Unterstützung von Autohändlern bei der Nutzung der Auktionsplattform. Auktionssteuerung: Du überwachst laufende Auktionen und berätst unsere Partner aktiv bei der Preisgestaltung und Vermarktungsstrategie. Proaktiver Nachhandel: Nicht jede Auktion endet sofort mit einem Zuschlag. Hier kommst du ins Spiel: Du führst professionelle Verhandlungen mit Käufern, um offene Gebote zum Abschluss zu bringen und den Deal zu „closen”.…
