About this role

Als Toezichthouder Cybersecurity Crypto ondersteun je de AFM bij het toezicht op cryptodienstverleners die onder de Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCAR) vallen. Je beoordeelt de digitale weerbaarheid van organisaties en ziet toe op de naleving van de Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Daarbij combineer je kennis van wet- en regelgeving met inzicht in IT-risicobeheersing, cybersecurity en de technische werking van cryptodiensten. Je opereert in een dynamische en snel ontwikkelende markt waarin innovatie, toezicht en maatschappelijke impact samenkomen. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden: Beoordelen van IT-aspecten binnen MiCAR-vergunningsaanvragen. (Europese) onderzoeken naar de IT-risicobeheersing van cryptodienstverleners met een MiCAR-vergunning.…
