About this role

Als toezichthouder verslaggeving werk je aan het toezicht op de financiële en niet‑financiële verslaggeving van beursgenoteerde ondernemingen. Je beoordeelt of ondernemingen hun prestaties, risico’s en ontwikkelingen duidelijk, volledig en consistent toelichten. Je analyseert complexe verslaggeving waarin financiële resultaten, duurzaamheidsinformatie en governance samenkomen. Je weegt deze informatie zorgvuldig, komt tot goed onderbouwde toezichtsoordelen en gaat daarover inhoudelijk in gesprek met ondernemingen en andere stakeholders. Vanuit je ervaring lever je tevens een bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het toezicht op verslaggeving, bijvoorbeeld in de ontwikkeling van (AI) tools.…
