AutoScout24, realtà leader nel settore Digital Automotive, è alla ricerca di un/a Customer Support Consultant full-time da inserire nel team di Customer Support nella sede di Padova.

Entrerai a far parte di un gruppo dinamico e orientato al cliente, dove avrai un ruolo attivo nel garantire un’esperienza eccellente ai nostri utenti, dealer e privati.
Le tue attività includeranno:
Supporto telefonico tramite centralino aziendale
Gestione di richieste inbound e outbound, con attenzione alla soddisfazione del cliente e supporto continuo
Training operativo ai clienti sull’uso delle nostre soluzioni digitali
Produzione di report giornalieri e mensili per monitorare performance e attività
