About this role

Avaap is seeking an experienced Workday Senior Consultant, Benefits (AMS) to join our growing Application Management Services (AMS) practice. As a Workday AMS Partner, Avaap provides ongoing operational and strategic support that enables clients to maximize the value of their Workday investment. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to clients by supporting, optimizing, and enhancing Workday Benefits configurations and related business processes in a post-production environment. The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise in Workday Benefits and ACA configuration , along with the ability to independently manage client relationships, recommend improvements, and proactively identify upstream and downstream impacts of configuration decisions.…
