About this role

The Knowledge Manager will design, implement, and manage the comprehensive Knowledge Management (KM) system for the War Data Platform (WDP), including a centralized, Government-approved knowledge repository to serve as the program’s single source of truth. This person will establish and enforce knowledge management governance, content standards, taxonomies, version control, and lifecycle management procedures to ensure program information is accurate, current, accessible, and easily discoverable. This person will develop and maintain technical documentation and self-service resources, including knowledge base articles, user guides, FAQs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and other user guidance.…
