About this role

The Support Systems Developer/Engineer will design technical improvements (e.g., AI chatbots, Robotic Process Automation) to modernize the support desk. This person will automate processes to improve response times and enhance user experience. This person will design and implement improvements to support systems, developing automation solutions including AI chatbots and RPA. This person will analyze current support processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
