Resident Care Coordinator / RCC Status: Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday Location: Avamere at Hermiston - 980 West Highland Avenue, Hermiston, OR 97838 Apply at www.TeamAvamere.com The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for coordinating resident care needs and staffing, including maintaining the schedule, updating coordination tools like the physician appointment and pharmacy logs, filing and organization of the clinical records, etc. The Resident Care Coordinator assists the Director of Health Services in training the new care staff. When the Director of Health Services is absent, the Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and delivery of resident care services in compliance with Avamere's policies and state and federal regulations.…
