About this role
About the role We are looking for a hands-on AML Subject Matter Expert to help develop, implement and continuously improve our AML framework across the Group. This is a practical, delivery-focused role for someone who can turn regulation into workable solutions, challenge existing practices and simplify processes without compromising AML effectiveness. You will work across the business and with Group colleagues in different EU jurisdictions, while also operating as a strong individual contributor with ownership of key AML initiatives. Key responsibilities Develop and implement AML policies, procedures, controls and frameworks across relevant jurisdictions.
