About this role

Build the data foundations behind modern banking Are you curious about how data turns into products and decisions? Do you enjoy asking questions, understanding how things fit together, and working with different people to create better customer experiences? At Avarda, we're looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to join our 18-month Product Trainee Program in Gdańsk , within our Data Platform team . From day one, you'll become part of a real product team, working alongside experienced Product Managers, data engineers, analysts, and business specialists.
