Key Responsibilities Prepare and stock stations for service with necessary inventory and prep items. Prepare and assemble high-quality dishes according to station recipes and specs as orders are received. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout service. Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership regarding station needs, assistance, or potential delays. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure guest orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
