About this role

Deine Aufgaben Own day-to-day IT operations for roughly 120 users/endpoints across our local site(s): Microsoft 365, endpoints, and office network infrastructure. Administer and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams). Implement security best practices: MFA/Conditional Access, least privilege, endpoint hardening, patching, and access reviews. Handle incidents and service requests efficiently: triage, troubleshooting, documentation, and follow-up to prevent recurrence. Roll out and maintain tools and applications, including SaaS tools (packaging, deployment, updates, licensing, access management). Support users with device and software setup (primarily Windows 11; also macOS/Linux as needed).…
