About this role

As an HR Business Partner , you will collaborate closely with Contact Centre leaders and managers, offering strategic guidance and practical support on a wide range of people-related matters. You will report directly to the Senior Director of HR (out of country) and be the number 1 in Barcelona, driving and executing our People Strategy. Key responsibilities: Support Managers and Team Leaders in key HR life cycle processes and employees’ relations.
