We’re looking for two Learning and Development Specialist to join our recently founded and growing Learning and Development team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping how our people grow, develop and build their careers with us. These roles sit at the heart of our evolving L&D function. You’ll work closely with business leaders, Subject Matter Experts and external partners to design and deliver high‑quality learning solutions that support today’s performance – and tomorrow’s capability.
