Job Summary: Performs a variety of activities and serves as a subject matter expert ensuring the company supply chain fully complies with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and all other local, national and international regulatory requirements. Principal Responsibilities: Work with Supplier Product Management (SPM) team to obtain the original supplier’s trade classification (Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) and Harmonized System (HS) Code). Verify trade classification data from supplier’s website, price book etc. for Avnet new part number creation. Align supplier’s trade classification data in accordance with US, EU, and Asia Dual-Use Control Lists (i.e., HK, TW, CN, SG etc.).…
