About the role We’re looking for an IT Operations Specialist to support day-to-day internal IT processes and help keep employees productive, equipped, and supported throughout their time at the company. This role is primarily focused on IT Operations, with additional opportunities to support internal IT systems and automation depending on your experience and the team’s needs. You’ll work closely with HR, Security, Workplace, and other stakeholders to make sure requests are completed on time, issues are resolved efficiently, and IT operations remain organized, reliable, and audit-ready.
