About this role

Purpose of Position Technology works best when people barely notice it. That's where you come in. We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our Global IT Support team and provide on-site support from our Warsaw office. Reporting to the IT Support Team Lead, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technology services to employees both on-site and remotely across multiple countries. In this role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, improve the end-user experience, and help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment.
