About this role

Purpose of Position As our Junior People & Culture Manager (f/m/d), you will be the go-to person for HR related topics across Germany. In this exciting role, you will help us drive people-related initiatives in collaboration with our global P&C team and ensure high-quality execution throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You will deliver best-in-class support to our employees and will be acting as their contact point for personnel administration, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll and absence management.
