Due to the growth in our portfolio we are strengthening our Finance, Tax and Legal Practice in Germany, the UK and the Netherlands and are therefore looking for a Manager , Finance Practice What you’ll do The internal “ Finance Task-Force ” w orks closely with investment, operations, and portfolio management teams along the investment life cycle, from Due Diligence, to building and launching 100 d ays and transformation plans until exit. The functional spectrum of the Finance Practice ranges from liquidity management, reporting and KPI frameworks, budgeting processes, performance improvement initiatives, integration or carve‑out financial setup and occasionally stepping up in interi m roles in our portfolio companies.…
