About this role
GENERAL PURPOSE : To support Axalta Refinish Color Marketing with color support in multiple Refinish mixing machine qualities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Functions of this position include but are not limited to: · Adjusting the color position of a formula. This will be accomplished by using both spectrophotometer or visual shading skills. · Knowledgeable on customer facing color retrieval systems to demonstrate best practices and to access and load new or existing formulas. · Work with Isocyanate paint chemistry. · Be capable of spraying panels following specific spray procedures using mainstream refinish paint shop spray equipment. · Knowledgeable in the level of color accuracy that is accepted by our customers to verify Axalta variant color positions.…
