关于我们 安贤投资 （ AXQ Capital ） 致力于以严谨的量化研究与先进的信息技术驱动投资。我们打造科学高效的量化研究框架，构建 多市场多策略 投资体系。策略布局覆盖全球股票统计套利、 A 股指数增强、 CTA 、股票日内、期货高频等领域，在全球市场部署运行，覆盖多个地区、资产类别及交易周期。自 2018 年成立以来，安贤持续为海内外投资者创造长期稳健的投资回报，资产管理规模稳步增长。公司在 北京、上海、新加坡、纽约 设有办公室，为国内员工提供海外交流与培训机会。 岗位职责 尽调与投资者支持： 负责机构尽调材料的规范填报与动态更新，统筹维护合规文件、产品资料及历史业绩数据库，确保对外信息准确一致 数据统计与分析： 追踪募资及市场核心数据，运用 Python 等工具完成数据清洗与可视化，搭建并持续维护部门内部数据库与自动化统计流程 市场内容与材料编写： 协助撰写和更新 周报、月报、市场快评 等投资者沟通材料，参与公司介绍、策略说明、产品材料、PPT 等市场文件的编写与优化 流程自动化与工具建设： 结合编程与 AI 工具，探索并落地尽调填报、数据更新、报告生成等场景的自动化解决方案，提升团队日常运营效能 投资者沟通支持： 协助核心团队对接机构及家办等资金方，负责会议纪要提炼及后续跟进，深度参与募资与投资者关系管理全流程运作 岗位要求 面向2027届毕业生 ，优先考虑金融、经济、数学、统计、计算机及工程等相关专业背景 工作地点：北京 具备编程能力，能够进行数据处理、简单脚本编写或自动化任务 对量化投资、私募基金或资产管理行业有强烈兴趣 具备良好的文字表达能力（中英文），能够参与专业材料撰写 逻辑清晰、执行力强，能够在多任务环境下保持条理性 熟练使用 AI 工具（如 ChatGPT、自动化写作、数据分析辅助工具）经验者优先
