Paralegal, Partner Contracts provides legal and operational support to the Partner Contracts team by assisting with contract intake, document preparation, contract lifecycle administration, and compliance-related documentation. This role will report directly to the Director, Partner Contracts and will maintain an indirect reporting relationship with the Sr. Manager, Legal Transactions Support and will work closely with Partner Operations, business leads, and internal stakeholders to ensure partner agreements are processed accurately, timely, and in alignment with internal guidelines and client requirements.…
