About this role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Human Resources to join one of our properties in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s overall goals and objectives. You will oversee a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee and industrial relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, proven leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strategic mindset, with the ability to balance business objectives with employee needs.…
