Your responsibilities As a Sales Advisor Retail Direct you will be the point of contact for decision makers of small enterprises with fleets ranging from 10 to 25 vehicles. You'll engage directly with clients. You will be their primary point of contact for all questions related to quotes and orders. You prepare solid offers for long-term leasing. Are they ready yet? Then you pick up the phone to follow up and defend your proposal. Conduct follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication with clients to foster strong relationships.
