Main Accountabilities Assists in developing personal care/ toiletries/ color cosmetics formulation according to TSR raised by commercial care team. Keep abreast with market trends and creating innovative formulations. Respond to customer technical enquiries received via the sales team through email, WhatsApp, Teams, and TSR Lite. Coordinate with principals to support and clarify product technical information requested by the sales team. Assists in raise complaint report to principal whenever PC product's quality related received from CS or sales team Handle complaint reporting to principals for PC product quality issues raised by Customer Service or the sales team.…
