About this role

THE OPPORTUNITY Serves as a varsity assistant coach within the Department of Athletics and Recreation. WHAT YOU WILL DO Receives direction from the head coach on what aspects of the management and direction of the program this position will assist in. Assists in planning and coaching practice sessions and games as directed by the head coach; teaches advanced-level skills and game strategies. May be involved in other sport specific responsibilities including but not limited to specialized skills training, documenting and maintaining records, and analyzing data and reporting findings. Counsels students on general and sport-related matters. Assist the head coach in scouting opponents to help prepare, plan, conduct, and evaluate practice sessions as required.…
