About this role
The Supervisor, Building Services (Day 7am-3:30pm) coordinates, manages, and/or directs the activities of Building Services staff including custodians, utility workers, pool maintenance person and service contractors including pest control, in the performance of duties related to the custodial department. Specifically responsible for making sound decisions based upon available information and based upon what is in the best interest of the College; and coordinating and balancing Building Services work activities as necessary for optimal performance to maintain compliance with operating guidelines, state/local building codes, and other government regulations.…
