About the role: The Hotel Operations Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Hotel Operations Team by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of hotel-related data across internal systems and workflows. In this role, you’ll be responsible for timely data entry, generating reports and contracts, and analyzing rate and performance metrics to support partner negotiations. You’ll collaborate closely with contract owners and other key departments to support hotel-related processes and ensure data accuracy. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
