Vice President, Structurer (Credit) The Structuring Team partners with senior management, Portfolio Management and investment teams across the Credit business to develop and execute fund and financing solutions that broaden the investor base and support the strategic growth of Bain Capital Credit’s funds and investment strategies. The team leads the structuring and execution of Asset-Based Lending facilities, Collateralized Loan Obligations, Rated Note Feeders, Collateralized Fund Obligations and other structured fund solutions, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
