About the Role: Baird is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate associate that thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of financial markets and operational processes, ensuring financial transactions are executed and accurately and efficiently. This person will be part of our Federal Settlement Team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and reconciling the timely settlement of trades, identifying discrepancies, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations. Work from our global headquarters in Milwaukee, WI four days per week with one day work from home flexibility. Hours of the position are 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.…
