The Associate Claims Consultant is responsible for building relationships with clients, having the goal of client retention. They will develop stewardship plans regarding claim services and execute them. This role is a junior-level claims consultant and generally has less complex accounts and oversight from management and senior claims consultants. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Review, analyze, and determine the appropriate submission path for claims received by the company, ensuring prompt and accurate claims adjudication.
