About this role
Job Scope As Bamboo’s People Business Partner, you’ll be the connective tissue between our people strategy and the day-to-day realities of every team at Bamboo. This is a 1-year contract where, you will be the primary HR point of contact for all departments, partnering closely with team leads and managers to ensure their people needs are met. You will own the full employee lifecycle for the teams you support: from hiring the right people, to making sure they are set up for success, fairly managed, and growing in their careers. As Bamboo scales, you will move from supporting all departments to owning dedicated business units, deepening your impact over time. The role is based in Lagos, Nigeria and is hybrid, with a requirement of a minimum of two days in office.…
