Buscamos un Ingeniero de Procesos con IA capaz de entender operaciones complejas, romper procesos tradicionales y construir soluciones rápidas con LLMs, automatizaciones y prototipos funcionales. Tu misión será entrar al corazón del negocio (onboarding, validaciones, créditos, operaciones internas) detectar fricciones y rediseñar cómo trabajamos usando Inteligencia Artificial. No buscamos consultoría de PowerPoint.
